Yes it looks like its escaped off the set of Doctor Who!!

I love the pearls in the middle, I was searching for some red beads I thought I had – duh, and found these, and within a flash I decided that these were far superior, and I would have something even wilder!!

This and the one further down as ideas I have been gathering over the past couple of weeks, and I wanted to make something a bit different, not wacky maybe, but different enough to stand out and people remember them.
