tip top ten!!
Do I sound excited, do I? Oh yes I am, because I can reveal my top secret project!
Let me introduce you to,
Yes, SEW hip is a new monthly sewing magazine.
It will feature 100 packed pages of sewing patterns, techniques, tips and tricks, features, so it will be THE UK sewing magazine for anyone with an interest in needlecraft. It will cover a wide range of sewing projects from patchwork to embroidery and dressmaking to quilting, oh, and I’m in the first edition!
Oh yes, I’m in it, yay, and double yay! The editor is the lovely and fantastic Manda, and she has been so helpful to me over the past couple of weeks, so thank you.
I can’t say what my piece in the magazine is about yet, but it is fab, of course! Make sure you pre-order it now!!!!
Ok, so that is my excitement about that, onto other excitement that came in the post yesterday, my new Moo Business Cards!
I have to say, they are lush, just lovely, everything about them,
I went for the Green version, and they look and feel wonderful, I can totally recommend them. They also have a great reverse, which you can customise really nicely, I went for the simple look,
What do you think, I think they look great, and I will have to get more : )
Oh and by the way, it is Day Ten, and they are still alive, and you may have noticed so am I!!

Congrats on the magazine! I wonder if we can get it here in the Netherlands? Would be interesting.
Remember I told you in one of my comments that reading you made me want to learn to sew? Well, I got from an old lady a sewing machine (like 40 yrs old but in mint condition!). I ask some tips as to how to put the thread… to begin with… and small little things, and I am proud to say that i have already made a small little bag… hard to keep a straight line isnt’t it? well, I need to practise and learn a lot, but the first step has been taken… and I owe it in part to you and how inspiring your creations are. i will never be able to make something as beautiful as you do, bu hey… as long as it is simple, I can learn… 🙂
so there, thanks, congrats on the magazine feature and those cards look beautiful!
have a nice weekend.
