{"id":108,"date":"2006-08-19T20:55:23","date_gmt":"2006-08-19T19:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.raspberry.co.uk\/?p=108"},"modified":"2015-11-01T19:21:43","modified_gmt":"2015-11-01T19:21:43","slug":"violet-swirl-cut-cut-stitch-stitch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.raspberry.co.uk\/?p=108","title":{"rendered":"violet swirl, cut, cut, stitch, stitch&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I never liked this piece of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/raspberryfairy\/158583888\/\">felt<\/a>, it simply did not work, if I wasn&#8217;t so tight I would have probably thrown it away!<\/p>\n<p>However, I did not throw it away, instead I cut and trimmed it into 4 chunks, and stuffed it away with some other &#8216;not sure&#8217; stuff.<br \/>\nAs you have seen by some of my other posts I have finally had my sewing machine out over the past couple of weeks, well yesterday I thought I would give it a whirl with some felt and finally try free machine embroidery!<\/p>\n<p>Woohoo, and here it is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"violet_swirl_cut_stitch_blog.jpg\" id=\"image106\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raspberry.co.uk\/wp-content\/images\/2006\/08\/violet_swirl_cut_stitch_blog.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and here in a straight line, which apparentely looks better!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"violet_swirl_cut_stitch_line_blog.jpg\" id=\"image107\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raspberry.co.uk\/wp-content\/images\/2006\/08\/violet_swirl_cut_stitch_line_blog.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So now, I do want to try more, please with these, one thing I&#8217;ve noticed it uses an awful lot of thread, I may have to stop using my silk thread, shame, but I can&#8217;t throw money around!<\/p>\n<p>Let me know what you think!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I never liked this piece of felt, it simply did not work, if I wasn&#8217;t so tight I would have probably thrown it away!
