Tomorrow you should make chicken and tomato bake because it all goes in one dish and is yummy! I use chicken thighs because they're cheaper and tastier than breasts and put them with boiled new potatoes, tomatoes, some thyme and red wine vinegar all in an oven dish and bake til the skin goes crispy.
